PORT O"CONNER TRIP SEPT 9-12 2013

I took what has become an annual fishing trip to Port O'Connor for me. Most of the guys that go have been going for several years. The cast changes some but John Kocurek and Willie Fowler  always go. The last two years we have rented a really nice house with two boat lifts and which will sleep eight people very comfortably.  This year besides me. Willie and John there was John Anderson,James Anderson,Jonathan Kocurek,and Pat Schnell. John K, Willie, and James brought their boats. We fished at night the first two nights . There were several nice bull reds caught and one 5 foot seven inch Bull Shark. After seeing the bull shark caught it was kind of hard to wade in the water. The last day we fished from about noon to just before dark. There was a couple of reds , gafttops and jacks caught. We really had a good trip. As always we have a couple of good tales to tell from this trip but they would be to long to chronicle here.
