May 20 2015 Sammi Pre-K Graduation

On Wednesday night I went to Sammis pre-k graduation. Susan stayed home and kept Peyton. Sammi was so excited for her graduation. They had a really good program and she was an energetic participant. I took lots of pictures and videos. When you watch her diploma video look closely at the start and you can see her twirl before she heads for the podium.

May 17-- --23 Peyton Week

On Sunday I drove to Bryan to pick up Peyton. Susan stayed home. Bursitis in her hips were hurting her and the almost 6hr drive time to and from wouldn't be fun. She worked on getting the house ready. It rained on me most of the way. I visited for a short while holding Luke and then Peyton and I headed home.He was good all the way, watching movies. When we got home he was so excited. We unloaded his stuff and then headed over to John and Jennifer's so Peyton could play with the twins. John cooked shrimp and fish. Kevin,Jen, and Case also came over . We had a really good evening. The kids played hard and were extremely good. On Monday I went and got Mom so she could come and see Peyton. We just stayed home all day and let him play. On Tuesday Susan and Jen took Peyton to the city park and let him play. It has a great kids water park and Peyton had so much fun. Wednesday we stayed home all day and Pam came out to visit.  I went to Sammie's Pre-K graduation that night. Thursday I carried the Ranger to the deer lease and met Kyle. Friday Susan went shopping and I took Peyton to town to run errands and also to visit Mom. Saturday morning we went to Kristi's so they could see Peyton and then later we carried him home. It sure was quiet in our house when we got home.

May 14,2015 A Good Last Day

The rain was over when we got up this morning. Maggie and I took a nice long walk. There were lots of deer feeding .About 8:30 the auto shop called and said my truck was ready. I headed to New Braunsfel to pick it up. Susan stayed and did some more sewing. If I had really believed my truck would have been ready this early today we might have hooked up and gone on home.We decided to stay one more night and just chill out. It was a pretty day we enjoyed it. There were lots of campers coming in  getting ready for the weekend. We had happy hour and I cooked burgers in the grill. Later I loaded most everything so I wont have much to do in the morning.

May 13, 2015 Rain, Rain, and more Rain

Not much to tell about today. We got up and  it was raining and when we went to bed it was raining. We did go to  Hobby Lobby and Harbor Freight in New Braunfels. We came back on River Road to look at the Guadalupe River. Its running pretty good now. Other than that we just sat and watched it rain.
