June 16, 2015 Greait Sand Dunes National Park

We got up this morning with no plans for the day. After awhile we decided to go see the Great Sand Dunes.It turned out to be a great day. We didn't know what to expect  but  we loved the area.We watched a 20 minute movie at the visitor center which gave us a lot of information. We didn't climb the dunes because we weren't prepared to cross the shallow river to get there. Pictures don't do any justice here, you need to see it in person.We hope to come back someday and spend more time. We headed back to camp and just relaxed the rest of the evening.
